Favorite Perk Returns to Two Disney Resorts

Finally Guests can enjoy these Disney Resort perks once again.

EPCOT Resorts

Resorts on or near Crescent Lake are some of the most popular places to stay. These include Beach Club, Yacht Club, Boardwalk, Swan, Swan Reserve, and Dolphin. Each of these resorts is uniquely themed and gives guests impressive perks.  See details on why these are the best resorts HERE. 

EPCOT Resorts, including Disney's Yacht Club, have so many great perks, including ease of getting to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

Disney's Beach Club and Yacht Club Resorts share many amenities such as Disney's best-themed pool, Stormalong Bay.

Disney Perks Removed

Disney alerted Guests that one popular amenity, the FriendShip Boat Dock, will close for maintenance beginning August 17 through August 21, 2026.

This will impact Disney's Yacht Club and Beach Club Guests heading towards EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios.

This was an inconvenience, Guests heading to EPCOT would need to use the pedestrian walkways. Disney's Yacht Club and Beach Club Guests heading towards Disney's Hollywood Studios could use pedestrian walkways, bus transportation, or the Disney Skyliner.

Disney Resort Perk Returns

Many Guests choose the EPCOT Resorts for FriendShip Boat transportation. Thankfully, this refurbishment on the FriendShip Boat Dock is now complete.

FriendShip Boat transporation is now available at Disney's Yacht Club and Beach Club.

FriendShip Boat transportation is now available for Guests at both Dinsey's Yacht Club and Beach Club.
