The My Disney Experience app and website continue to be the heart of planning Disney vacations both at home and while on vacation. Guests manage reservations, tickets, and itineraries in the "My Plans" section.

You can see your day planned out, including making Lightning Lane Multi-Pass selections. Although critics say using My Disney Experience for virtually everything on Disney vacations ties us to our phones too much, others love the convenience.

In addition to My Disney Experience, guests also book a variety of reservations, including resort stays, dining, tickets, and experiences.

One popular perk for Walt Disney World Resort Guests is the ability to purchase Lightning Lane Multi-Pass, Lightning Lane Single Pass, and Lightning Lane Premier Pass and make selections 7 days ahead of their arrival date.

This can all be done in the My Disney Experience app; however, a new glitch is causing some concerns for Walt Disney World Resort Guests.

The current Lightning Lane calendar for November 2026 has 2 days listed for November 1, 2026. November 1, 2026, is actually on Sunday, but this miscalculation now affects the entire November calendar.

Currently, Guests are unable to book Lightning Lanes for November 1, 2026, so there is still time for this glitch to be corrected; however, this is a growing concern with Guests visiting next month.

The concern may be growing as several Lightning Lane selections sold out this past weekend and this week at Walt Disney World. While many still miss the days of the free FastPass, Guests are willing to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort for first access to Lightning Lane selections.

We will continue to monitor this glitch as the booking window approaches.
