How to Order Disney World's New Viral Souvenir Plates
Disney's newest quick-service meal plates have surprised and delighted the internet. Here is the latest on how to get them.
New Souvenir Disney Plates
Every once in a while, something new comes along to surprise and delight Walt Disney World guests. It is unsurprising that often that thing is Mickey-shaped.
In this case, Mickey-shaped plates are the new shiny thing that everyone is after. Recently, Walt Disney World announced that guests can add delightful new souvenir Mickey Plates to their meals at quick service restaurants. See the original announcement HERE.
There is a plate for each Walt Disney World theme park. You can collect a unique design for Disney's Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, the Magic Kingdom, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. They are EXCLUSIVE to the parks.
How Much Are the Plates
The new Mickey-shaped plates are surprisingly affordable. They are just $3 each!
However, there is a bit of a catch. These cute plates are ONLY avaliable as an add-on with a quick service meal at select restaurants. You must purchase a meal to add your plate.
There is a slight cost-saving workaround for this. You can add one on with an adult meal or with a kids' meal. So, if you are looking for the least expensive way to collect all four plates, kids' meals are the way to go.
How to Order Disney's New Collectible Plates
You can order the plates at one of the participating restaurants at Walt Disney World. If you wish to mobile order, simply select your meal in your order and then customize the meal. You will see a place to add a collectible plate or to mark "no thanks."
Again, they are park exclusives and will not be avaliable online as it stands. You can find the plates in the following Locations:
- Magic Kingdom: Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café or Pinocchio Village Haus.
- EPCOT: Connections Eatery or Sunshine Seasons
- Hollywood Studios: Backlot Express, Rosie's All-American Café, and Catalina Eddie's
- Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree Barbecue and Pizzafari
You can add the plates to meals with mobile ordering at select locations for $3
The plates are avaliable NOW while supplies last. Add yours while you can, as they may go in and out of stock.
