Restaurants Reopening

We are closing in on two years of a reopening Disney World. Although Disney says we still have another year to go until everything is back, incredible progress has been made in recent months.

Many things are returning including: Fantasmic!, non-distanced character meets, Minnie Vans, and so many restaurants. In fact, it seems as if there are only a handful of restaurants that have yet to reopen.

Disney has previously shared that Victoria & Albert’s will return this year, and Be our Guest is once again serving breakfast items (although it doesn’t look the same as it did before).

Now, we have word that another restaurant is returning!

Caribbean Beach Resort

Transport to paradise as you are whisked away to the islands of the Caribbean. Caribbean Beach Resort is one of the five moderate resorts on property. Guests are transported back in time to the laid back and relaxing beach vibes of the Caribbean Islands.

Sandy beaches, hammocks, and the vibrant colored buildings make you feel like you are taking a tropical vacation within a Disney vacation. Caribbean Beach is also home to a few dining options, including quick-service, table-service, and an outdoor bar.

Spyglass Grill

Along with Sebastian’s Bistro and Centertown Market, Spyglass Grill also calls Caribbean Beach home. It serves typical American food with a Caribbean flair. Unfortunately, it has remained closed even though Caribbean Beach reopened in 2020.

Fortunately, those needing another food option at the resort can enjoy Spyglass Grill once again! It reopens on April 14.

Personally, I do not think the food at Caribbean Beach is worth writing home about. I would much rather walk over to Riviera Resort and enjoy many of the incredible food options there.
