Disney has revealed their next statue in their Fab 50 Character Collection. Who do you think it could be? It might have you singing, “Cinderelly! Cinderelly!”
Disney’s 50th Anniversary
There is no question about it. Everyone is excited for Disney’s huge 50th Anniversary! If you are lucky enough to participate in the festivities, you have a lot to look forward to.
The 18th-month long event will feature a new firework celebration at Magic Kingdom, Harmonious at EPCOT, and new character costumes and cavalcades.
There is even a whole new anthem celebrating the anniversary and you can check that out HERE along with all of the exciting new merchandise that is available. Some of it has already been seen in the parks now!
Disney’s Fab 50 Character Collection
As part of the celebration, Walt Disney World is installing 50 golden character sculptures throughout each of the four theme parks.
They have been revealing them one by one leading up to the anniversary. So far we have seen the following characters:
- Mickey Mouse
- Goofy
- Timon and Pumbaa
- Lumiere and Cogsworth
- Daisy Duck
- Winnie the Pooh and Piglet
- Edna Mode
- Joe Gardner
- Dante
- Cheshire Cat
- Woody and Bo Peep
- Donald Duck
- The Mad Hatter
- R2D2
- Orange Bird
- Flounder and Sebastian
- Dumbo and Timothy Mouse
- Chip and Dale
- Figment
- Stitch
- Abu
Those are a whole lot of statues! Guess what? We are not even close to being done yet.

Today, Anna Cathcart from Disney’s Descendants: The Royal Wedding has revealed Disney’s next Fab 50 Character.
Disney’s next Fab 50 Character Golden statue is Gus and Jaq from Disney’s Cinderella!

In the Descendants: The Royal Wedding, Anna Cathcart plays Drizella’s daughter, Lady Tremaine’s grandaughter, and Cinderella’s niece. Got that?
Of course we know Gus and Jaq as Cinderella’s friends who help her get to the ball! You will be able to see Gus and Jaq at the Magic Kingdom beginning October 1st.
