Fab 50 Golden Character Statues
Not too long ago, we learned Walt Disney World will be installing 50 golden character statues throughout the Disney theme parks. These sculptures will be installed to celebrate Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary.
More and more of the 50 sculptures will be revealed leading up to the anniversary. I think this is a great way to build some of the excitement for the celebrations!
Our first character sculpture was none other than Mickey Mouse himself. The second sculpture was Goofy and was revealed by the voice of Goofy, Bill Farmer. Next, was the reveal of our pals, Timon and Puumba from Disney’s animated film, The Lion King. Guests will be able to find these guys over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Today, another character sculpture has been revealed. Can you guess who?
The next character statue will be Cogsworth and Lumiere from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast!
