Entertainment is Returning
It’s been a wonderful few months of seeing more entertainment returning! From fireworks to character sightings, things are beginning to feel more normal in the parks.
Festival of Fantasy and Fantasmic are both slated to return sometime next year, as announced at the Destination D23 event. A new stage show called Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire will debut, and there is a lot to look forward to at Disneyland as well.
Many shows have returned with a little reimagining such as The Celebration of the Festival of the Lion King. We are also excited to hear of the reimagining of Finding Nemo: The Musical will reopen soon as Finding Nemo: The Big Blue and Beyond sometime next year.
Indiana Jones Returning
Guests will soon be able to enjoy another great show in Disney’s Hollywood Studios: Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular on December 19th. Be sure to check HERE for showtimes. Be sure to add this to your touring plans on Character Locator.

Watch live as the daring duo dodges deadly traps, battles bad guys, leaps from tall buildings and makes thrilling escapes straight out of Raiders of the Lost Ark. The edge-of-your-seat suspense ends with a dynamite finale!
Along the way, get an inside look at how stunts are done with demonstrations that reveal how to safely throw and take punches, fall from tall buildings, and even wield whips in the midst of complex action sequences.
Disney has not yet shared how this performance may be be modified, but they have given us a sneak peek as Indiana Jones has returned. Check out the return of Indiana Jones below:
We are so excited for the return of this great show! It was truly sad when so many shows and entertainment options did not return with the reopening of the Disney Parks. This show has been part of Disney’s Hollywood Studios since 1989. It is truly great to have this show return.

Cast Member Preview
Cast Members will get a first glimpse of this newly reimagined show. Once Guests exit Disney’s Hollywood Studios on December 16th and 17th, the stage will be set for previews of this newly imagined show.
This will be such great preview for Cast Members before the show welcomes Guests on December 19th.
