‘Ohana and other restaurants are set to reopen soon! Check out all the details and dates here.
Foodie news coming your way!
Sebastian’s Bistro
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is the perfect blend of tropical and laid back. I had the chance to stay there late last year, and I really enjoyed my stay. One of the only complaints I had was that there were no food options available. Sebastian’s Bistoro, the table-service restaurant at Caribbean Beach, reopens soon!
It opens on June 24 with nightly walk-in availability through July 4. Bookings available June 10 for reservations starting July 5.
Sebastian’s signature buttery house-baked pull-apart rolls will get you started, and the entire table will enjoy the Taste of the Caribbean platter featuring oven-roasted citrus chicken, slow-cooked mojo pork with mango sambal, and grilled flank steak with mojito relish.
This hearty platter comes with sides of cilantro rice and beans, vegetable curry, and grilled broccolini. Coconut shrimp can also be ordered as an add-on to your meal. The best part? You finish with the ultimate sweet treat – the popular coconut-pineapple bread pudding!
‘Ohana Reopening
Located at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, ‘Ohana will be reopening on July 9 with bookings available on June 10 (that’s Thursday!).
Unfortunately, characters will not be meeting at breakfast. Typically, Lilo, Stitch, and a few other friends greeted Guests. You can read my breakfast review HERE.
No characters will be at ‘Ohana upon reopening.
For breakfast, start with pineapple-coconut breakfast bread, move on to Stitch and Mickey Mouse waffles, then dig into “eggs”cellent breakfast skillets with ham, sausage, and breakfast potatoes.
The ‘Ohana dinner features all-you-care-to-enjoy platters of grilled beef steak, roasted chicken, sausage, and island shrimp casserole served with fried rice and roasted broccolini. And yes, ‘Ohana pot stickers, crispy soy chicken wings, and the signature ‘Ohana bread pudding served warm with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream are back!
Check out Susan’s review of dinner at ‘Ohana HERE. We will miss the characters, but we are happy to welcome ‘Ohana back! Disney’s Polynesian Resort is set to reopen in late July.

Ok.. you cannot do meet and greets close up until more are vaccinated. Kids get sick also and it is not right. They could be asymptomatic and give it to a CM. But they could do it like other places with distance like Tuskers

Ohana is one of our favorites and I HATE that they are not going to not have ALL of the appetizers, salad, and bring the meats around the same way. What's with a shrimp "casserole" instead of the wonderful grilled shrimp . Yes yes the bread pudding is good there but Geez, such a let down. WE HAVE EATEN AT OHANA SINCE IT OPENED. ....thanks Chapek.

We love breakfast at Ohana and the food is our favorite! However, I would not pay that amount of money without characters. Everything is opening up anyway. Disney needs to bring back the character meets! Nothing like being up close & personal to take photos and get autographs from your favorites. This is sorely missing from Disney! Prices are only going up but the perks are WAY less than they used to be. Come on, Disney! Bring back the magic! We want our old normal!
