Within the last month, Walt Disney World Guests have endured several evacuations. The first in the long string was at Disney's Animal Kingdom restaurant, Tiffins.

Due to a similar issue that same night, Magic Kingdom's newest lounge, The Beak and Barrel, was also evacuated.

All Guests were evacuated at "it's a small world" early this month. Last week, not one but two Walt Disney World Resorts were evacuated.

Morimoto Asia can be found at The Landing in Disney Springs.  The dining location is led by Chef Morimoto of Iron Chef America. Here guests can dine on Pan-Asian cuisine that includes dishes from China, Japan and Korea.

Last night around 9:00 pm, a friend of the Kenny the Pirate blog reported witnessing the fire alarm going off at Morimoto Asia.

For safety, all Guests were evacuated from this Disney Springs dining location.

Disney trains Cast Members in the "5 Keys" which help to provide the highest quality of hospitality to all guests. These include Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency. Safety is listed first and is vitally important to provide safety for all guests and fellow Cast Members.

Thankfully, it appears that this was simply a false alarm, but it is good to see that care is taken to provide safety for all Guests and Cast Members in the event of an actual fire.
