Walt Disney World has changed many of the FREE perks that once enticed guests to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort.
One of the most popular perks, Early Entry, continues for 2026, and Disney will bring extra magic to Early Entry this summer.
Today, Disney shared many great new and returning perks for "Cool KIDS' SUMMER". Find out what this means for Early Entry and a special character interaction at Magic Kingdom.
Cool KIDS' Summer Resort Perk
Guests will have even more experiences and amenities designed for families with young children, including scheduled visits from favorite Disney pals.
This will only be available at Disney's Pop Century Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside this summer.
Characters will continue to greet guests at select other Walt Disney World Resorts throughout the year.
Free Disney Souvenir Bag
Last summer, Guests checking into these Resorts received a fun tote bag filled with "Cool KIDS' SUMMER" maps, commemorative pins, stickers, and activity sheets.
"Cool KIDS' SUMMER" returns May 26, 2026, through September 8, 2026, at Walt Disney World.
Along with these "magical extras," Disney offers many new promotions this summer to make a Disney trip more affordable. Guests can even enjoy FREE water park admission on their arrival day.
