Disney World's Biggest Resort Perk Just Changed
Walt Disney World offered an amazing perk for 2025, but this has greatly changed. Find out full details for this newly reimagined perk.
Disney Resort Perks
Many Guests choose to stay at Disney Parks Resort to enjoy many great perks. They feel that the price of a Disney Resort is justified to be able to stay inside the "Disney Bubble".
A few of the most popular perks include Early Theme Park Hours, various modes of free Disney transportation throughout Walt Disney World.

Disney Water Park Perk
For 2025 packages, Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel could enjoy admission to one of the water parks on check-in day! This was included with your stay.
This was a great perk which many Walt Disney World Resort Guests enjoyed. Even with both Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Parks open this summer, the parks would still reach capacity.
We had hopes that this would continue into 2026. Thankfully, it was not completely removed, but rather modified to only be offered for guests during the Summer of 2026.
Disney Water Park Perk Dates
Disney was a bit vague as to the dates for "Summer of 2026, but today we have official dates. Guests checking in between May 26, 2026, and September 8, 2026, can enjoy free entry at either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach.
Disney's Water Park Perk will begin for guests checking in on May 26, 2026.
It is important to note that this is only applicable for your arrival day. Plan ahead, as parks can reach capacity. Disney has updated the perks of the Seasonal Water Park Pass. You can check these new perks out HERE.
