Disney World Is Treating Fans To an Amazing Soarin’ Throwback

Destination D23, the D23 fan event for 2023 has kicked off in Walt Disney World. That means all the Disney news has been pouring out including the opening date for Journey of Water, the materializing of the Hatbox Ghost, a new Star Wars experience, and even a great update for the Country Bear Jamboree.

As the presentation continued this morning, the updates continued as well. As we head over to EPCOT, we get an opening timeline for the nighttime spectacular. They also shared a great new refurbishment for a fan-favorite attraction, Test Track. Soarin’ Update

During today’s EPCOT: Always in a State of Becoming panel, the panelists had some amazing news for something that is happening soon in World Nature. Panelists spoke to the idea that EPCOT is a place where the Imagineers often look back to move forward. And, in this case, fans are being treated to a chance to look back with a fantastic throwback!

The original Soarin’ Over California is returning to EPCOT in Walt Disney World in celebration of Disney100. Fans of the original version of the attraction will once again have a chance to hop aboard and smell the oranges!

When Can You Ride Soarin’ Over California

The beloved attraction throwback is coming very soon! Starting on September 22, 2023, Guests can enjoy Soarin’ Over California once more! This is a limited-time experience, so be sure to enjoy it when you are able.
