Reopening of Toontown

Disneyland’s updated Toontown reopens today and earlier provided a soft opening and media previews. With this grand new reopening comes a new meet and greet, a new look for Mickey, and making this land more inclusive.

Guests enjoy the newly opened Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway for several weeks now. This queue is quite impressive much more so than the counterpart at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

One thing that stands out in this queue is the great snacks that are simply for display. Disneyland recently shared that they would begin selling Power Limes, Golly Pops, and even McDuck’s Chocolate Coins.

Now at Walt Disney World

One snack that Disney fans were most excited about is the Power Limes. The snappy logo is “Stand Out with Power Limes” featuring Power Line Max on the display case.

Many Disney fans wished that this tasty lime-flavored taffy were available at Walt Disney World as well. A dream is a wish your heart makes, and Power Limes are now popping up around Walt Disney World Resort.

Last night, we tried to find this treat at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This seemed like the most obvious location. They were not at this park, but we were successful when visiting Goofy’s Candy Company at Disney Springs.

These are located in the very back of the store and are very easy to miss. They are priced at $2.99. A friendly Cast Member shared that as of last night, Power Limes are also available at the Creations Shop at EPCOT and Big Top Souvenirs at the Magic Kingdom.

What is even better is that more Toontown treats will also make their way to Walt Disney World in the near future. This is such a fun treat to enjoy for both the young and the young at heart.
