Characters are back!
When the Disney Parks reopened, many things were a bit different. One of the biggest changes was with character interactions. For quite some time, Guests could see characters at “pop-up” locations throughout the Disney Parks and take a distanced photo with them. No lines were formed for these interactions. Next, Disney introduced a more “formal” character interaction with “Character Sightings.”
These were still magical, but something was missing. We all still wanted to hug and get autographs from our favorite characters. In April, guests could once again hug and interact with many of their favorite Disney characters. The Disney Parks shared that character interactions would return in phases. Meet and Greets
Since their return, we have seen more and more meet and greets return all over Walt Disney World. Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, guests can meet their favorite Star Wars characters. Just today, we shared news of a soft opening for Darth Vader and Chewbacca.
Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Mickey and Minnie have returned to Adventure Outpost. You can also find them in their EARidescent outfits at the Magic Kingdom at the Town Square Theater.
Aladdin & Jasmine
We are excited to see that Aladdin & Jasmine have returned to Adventureland! Stop by and say hi to them both next time you visit Magic Kingdom.
Aladdin and Jasmine are now meeting in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom
They can be seen at the following times:
Morning: 9:35 am, 10:40 am and 11:45 am
Afternoon: 1:45 pm, 3:00 pm and 4:15 pm
