Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure opens at Epcot for the start of the 50th anniversary celebration! One dining location has actually disappeared from the France Pavilion ahead of the opening, but the reason makes complete sense.

Shrink down to the size of a rate and scurry to safety at the newest attraction to debut at Epcot! This long awaited attraction finally opens on October 1 as part of the anniversary celebrations taking place at Disney World.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is part of the expanded France Pavilion in the World Showcase. The area has been open for several months already while Remy sits empty.

However, that is all about to change! Cast Member, Annual Pass, DVC, and D23 previews begin very soon. France is already a popular country in the World Showcase, and it will become even busier when the ride draws in the crowds.

One of the dining spots to open in the expanded pavilion is La Crêperie de Paris. The restaurant will include both quick- and table-service options including crepes, and hard cider.

So, naturally, crepes are not necessarily needed in other areas of the pavilion, right?

Crepes des Chefs de France has been removed from the France Pavilion ahead of the opening of La Crêperie de Paris. This little cart served a variety of crepes, ice cream, and caffeinated beverages – both cold and hot. You used to be able to find it on the World Showcase Promenade right by the water.
