Early Entry Changes This Week at the Magic Kingdom

Early Entry is getting even more magical at the Magic Kingdom! Don't miss out on this great addition.

Early Entry Perk

Early Theme Park Entry is a perk for all guests staying at a Disney resort hotel. All guests utilizing this benefit can take advantage of entering the parks 30 minutes before the parks officially open.

What can be done in 30 minutes? A lot more than you think! It can save you hours of waiting later in the day and will free up time for you to knock out other attractions later in the day.

Early Entry has changed a bit over the years. Most recently, we saw changes at EPCOT for Pin Trading.

Early Entry Changes

Magic Kingdom offers so many exhilarating and nostalgic attractions that garner high wait times. Disney Resort guests can enjoy lower wait times for the most popular attractions in Tomorrowland and Fantasyland.

Recently, we noticed that Walt Disney World removed Mickey's PhilharMagic from the list of available attractions during Early Entry. Mickey's PhilharMagic does remain available for Extended Evening Hours.

This summer, Early Entry will become even more magical across all 4 Walt Disney World Theme Parks, featuring roaming characters. Check out full details HERE.

Early Entry Change This Week

After being closed for several months, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin officially reopens this week. Magic Kingdom Guests enjoyed a soft opening for this attraction starting on March 30, 2026.

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin will be available for Early Entry on April 8, 2026.

Unfortunately, during the soft opening, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin was not open during Early Entry, but that changes starting this week. Many Guests can't wait to see the new changes for this attraction. This will be a great addition to Early Entry and help spread out crowds at Magic Kingdom.
