Galactic Hero Just Changed Aboard Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
Disney just revealed that becoming a "Galactic Hero" will look a little different when Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin reopens. What do you think of this change?
Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin Opening

Disney announced that Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin will reopen on April 8, 2026.
Earlier this week, select Walt Disney World Cast Members received an "Incoming Transmission". Eligible Cast members can sign up for a "playtest" to experience this attraction before it officially reopens to Guests.
With Cast Member "playtests" well underway, we have our fingers crossed that this attraction may open earlier than April 8th.
Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin Changes

Big changes were announced for Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. Along with the addition of a new character, Buddy, the ride vehicles will receive a huge overhaul with video monitors and handheld blasters.
These new vehicles will feature handheld blasters and video monitors with real-time scoring (unlimited high scores!). Disney Imagineers have added magic to the tunnel that Guests pass through.
This week, Disney shared a first glimpse of this attraction. Hop aboard for a sneak peek HERE.
