Disney Parks keep moving forward, Last summer, Disney revealed a new interactive experience  “Smellophants on Parade”. This new family-friendly search and sniff adventure will be located in Fantasyland’s Storybook Circus.

We feel as though we have been sharing small updates for this attraction for a while, but recently big progress was made with a new permit filed along with set removal at Big Top Souvenirs.

Check our first look at the new Smellophants HERE. As guests enter the Storybook Circus, Timothy Mouse posts signage for a “casting call” seeking a “Whiff-sistant”. Are you up for the job?

The task, if you choose to accept it, locate all 8 pachyderms throughout Storybook Circus. Once located, attach the correct sticker to your map. This sounds like so much fun!

When the first “Smellophants” debuted, Walt Disney World shared that the attraction would open in May, but no exact opening date was announced.

Today, sources close to the Mouse share that “Smellophants on Parade” will welcome guests on May 5, 2024.

We now have a first look at the scavenger hunt that guests will receive at the ticket booth in front of Big Top Souvenirs. Cast Members provide guests with an illustrated map of the land and a sticker sheet to guide them in their first task as a “Whiff-sistant.”

“Smellophants on Parade” is a FREE interactive experience for guests of all ages. At this time, we do not know if guests will receive a prize at completion, but this will be so much fun!
