Coffee Shop
Disney’s Boardwalk is in a period of transition and remodeling right now. Last summer, Disney began tearing down part of the previous ESPN Club for the new Cake Bake Shop coming to Disney’s BoardWalk. This area remains under construction and is planned to open…sometime?
Disney also refreshed the lobby and rooms, which you can read about in this post. They also opened Carousel Coffee, a small coffee shop in the main building. This is very convenient for those who just need a quick coffee fix and don’t want to travel down to the Boardwalk Deli.
While there are 2 seats and a table inside this tiny location, there is ample comfortable seating in the lobby. While we are happy to see Disney create this space, it is definitely lacking in theming. See photos of the space and read about the offerings HERE.
Refurbishment
Carousel Coffee just opened late last year, but it already needs to close for refurbishment. We are unsure what the nature of the work involves, but thankfully it will be a short closure.
The coffee shop is closed today, September 5, through September 7. It is expected to reopen on September 8.
In the meantime, you can grab your coffee and food items in the Belle Vue Lounge daily. However, it will not be available all day long. Be sure to stop by from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm if you need that caffeine!
