Disney guided tours provide guests a behind the scenes experience around various Disney parks. As the company celebrates its 100th anniversary, a new guided tour will begin very soon.
Guided Tours at Disneyland Parks
Guided Tours are a must do for any Disney history fan who wants to learn more about the company and parks. Throughout the year, the guided tour experiences will change. For example, during the holiday season, Disneyland Park offers the “Holiday Time at the Disneyland Resort.” The “Walt’s Main Street Story” guided tour will allow guests to go inside Walt Disney’s apartment. It is offered year round and can be booked through the Disneyland website.

As the Disney Company celebrates 100 years of magic, the Disneyland Resort has made the announcement that a new guided tour experience will take guests to visit special sites at both parks at the Disneyland Resort alongside with some fun treats and activity.
Celebrating Disney100 at the Disneyland Resort Guided Tour
The tour is two hours and will include a plethora of activities and experiences such as having the opportunity to chat with an animator and take part in a unique drawing experience that features special characters for Disney100 at the Animation Academy. Additionally, guests will receive a complimentary digital download in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.
The exciting tour includes:
- Walking through Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park with an official Disneyland tour guide
- Touring Buena Vista Street, Animation Academy, Main Street Opera House, Tomorrowland, Fantasyland and Sleeping Beauty Castle
- Taking part in a unique drawing experience at Animation Academy that features special characters for Disney100
- A complimentary digital download of your snapshot in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle adorned with dazzling Disney100 celebratory decorations
- A Disney100 Celebration treat
- Reserved viewing for the “Magic Happens” Parade, on the day of the tour
- A specially designed Disney100 commemorative pin
Guests younger than 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age. In order to participate in this experience, a park reservation and valid admission for Disneyland Park on the same date of the tour are required. The cost of the tour is $110.00 for ages 3 and up.
Booking on the Disneyland website is now open for guests to book. Tours begin April 6, 2023.
