Mickey Mouse: The Main Attraction
At the end of 2021, shopDisney teased us with a new collection coming for 2022 featuring our favorite pal, Mickey Mouse. Many were excited to learn that this collection would feature the same attractions as those in the Minnie Mouse The Main Attraction Collection in 2020. Check out a complete list of upcoming sets in the collection HERE.
You can find many of the items from previous sets at various Disney World shops and even in some resort shops. Select items are also still available on shopDisney, though the more popular items like the Loungefly, collectible pin, or key are quick to sell out.
The Collection so far
So far, we have seen the following 9 collections:
- Space Mountain
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- The Mad Tea Party
- it’s a small world
- The Enchanted Tiki Room
- Peter Pan
- Prince Charming Regal Carrousel
- Flying Dumbo
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Series release dates have seemed to be random and sometimes pretty close together! A big part of the reason for the first couple of series delay was most likely due to shipping delays and product availability. However, we have seen a lot of the merchandise from these collections at the parks and all over Walt Disney World resorts, not to mention shopDisney.
Series 10
Disney has released a sneak peek for the next series. Series 10 features items inspired by the Haunted Mansion. I (Maggie) love the spooky purple and other colors that make it just perfect for the Haunted Mansion.
Series 10 of Mickey Mouse: The Main Attraction features items from the Haunted Mansion.
This collection features the same items as previous collections: a plush, collectible key, Mickey ears, a limited edition pin and Loungefly. I just love the wallpaper detail on the Loungefly!
No release date for this collection has been set just yet. Keep an eye on shopDisney and the blog for any new updates.
