As many Disney fans know, Remy's Ratatouille Adventure first opened at Disneyland Paris on July 10, 2014. We were ecstatic to learn that we would be receiving this trackless ride attraction at our very own Walt Disney World.

Since this attraction first opened in 2021, it has quickly become a fan favorite at the France Pavilion at EPCOT.

Remy's Ratatouille Adventure received a BIG change at both Disneyland Paris and EPCOT when the attraction was shifted from being a 3D ride to a 2D ride.

Disney shared that this shift is from a 3D ride to a 2D ride. More changes will include updates to the queue and new props being added to this attraction.

Disney Guests are divided on the change to a now-2D attraction. The storyline is the same, but in my (Donna) opinion, I felt as though I was more connected with the story without the blurry glasses.

However, one Disney Guest shared an experience that none of us have ever hoped for aboard Remy's Ratatouille Adventure.

Recently, @magickingdan shared his experience aboard Remy's Ratatouille Adventure at Disneyland Paris. While aboard, the ride vehicle failed to turn around when passing the immersive screens.

We have experienced glitches on the screens before and even delays in passing from scene to scene; however, we have never missed the entire attraction by phasing in the wrong direction.

Remy's Ratatouille Adventure ride vehicle kept guests turned backwards.
