Head over to the Chevrolet Design Center and build your own virtual concept car. Choose your body type, style, color, and more and then take it for a spin on Disney’s test course. You will be scored on different criteria like efficiency, speed, adaptability, and more.

Finish off with a final race around the track. This is one of the fastest rides at Disney, reaching up to 65 mph! Test Track is a favorite among Disney World Guests because it’s the only Epcot attraction to offer thrills.

Yesterday, guests visiting EPCOT received a push notification on MDE from the Vice President of EPCOT, Kartika S. Rodriguez. It stated the following:

On behalf of the entire team of Epcot, I’d like to apologize that Test Track is currently unavailable. Our Cast Members are working deligently to get the attraction up and running again, and we are sorry you are not able to experience this attraction at this time. I hope you will enjoy some of our other attractions during your experience in the park today.

Second Day

Test Track briefly reopened last night after being closed for the entire day. Unfortunately, it has not opened yet today, September 22.

At the time of writing, My Disney Experience lists the attraction as temporarily closed. However, Lightning Lane selections for Genie+ are available for after 1:00 pm.

Test Track is closed for the second day in a row.

We hope Test Track is back up and running soon! No update regarding when the attraction will reopen has been given at this time.

Are you visiting EPCOT today? Are you disappointed to see that Test Track closed for the second day in a row? Tell us about it in the comments below or on our Facebook page.
