Why You Need To Be the Last Guest at the Haunted Mansion
Want to know a little secret? There is a special ceremony if you are the last rider aboard the Haunted Mansion at night.
Haunted Mansion

There is a loyal following of Disney fans for the beloved Haunted Mansion attraction. Did you know that Haunted Mansion is one of the few Disney World attractions that was Walt's idea?
When Walt first envisioned the Haunted Mansion, it was going to be a walk-through ride. However, the Imagineers developed the Omnimover with technology used the World Fair allowing continually moving Doom Buggies. Disneyland's Haunted Mansion was the first one built in 1969, 3 years after Walt Disney's death.
The idea of the Haunted Mansion varies at each Disney Park around the globe. From mansions to manors, this attraction is a favorite among many Disney guests.

At Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, there are several fun spooky secrets hidden within the Haunted Mansion.
