Park Hours
Almost every week, the Kenny the Pirate writing team shares the latest theme park hours as Disney releases them. These initial hours are a great way to begin preparing for your trip. We want to make sure that you have all the information that you need for your upcoming trip.
Disney World also frequently extends its park hours and adjusts them for crowd levels. Sometimes you can get a little more extra park time! You can check out our most recent update for park hours HERE.
Magic Kingdom
Guests visiting the Magic Kingdom in October can enjoy ever earlier morning hours in the parks. Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is now completely sold out for the fall. On party dates, the Magic Kingdom will open at 8:00 am for all guests. This means that guests staying at Disney Resorts can enjoy early entry at 7:30 am.
This early 8:00 am entry will affect the following dates:
- October 2nd
- October 4th
- October 7th
- October 10th
- October 11th
- October 13th
- October 14th
- October 16th
- October 18th
- October 20th
- October 21st
- October 23rd
- October 25th
- October 27th
- October 28th
On dates that are not listed above, the Magic Kingdom will open at 9:00 am for all guests and offer an 8:30 am early entry for Disney Resort guests. Magic Kingdom will remain open until 11:00 pm on these nights.
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party dates in October will bring earlier park hours at Magic Kingdom. On these dates, all guests can enter at 8:00 am and Disney Resort guests can enter at 7:30 am.
Extended Evening Hours
Guests staying at Disney Deluxe or Deluxe Villa Resort hotels can enjoy Extended Evening Hours at Walt Disney World. Guests staying at select Disney Deluxe Resorts can enjoy Extended Evening Hours at Magic Kingdom on the following dates:
- October 5th
- October 12th
- October 19th
- October 26th
For Extended Evening Hours, guests can stay at Magic Kingdom from the end of park closing for day guests at 11:00 pm until 1:00 am. Extended Evening Hours are a great benefit and will soon return to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Be sure to check out these dates HERE.
