MagicBand+ has been a huge hit. Guests enjoy the interactive features of the new band. You will not want to miss the newest MagicBand+ design. It offers some great nostalgia. This could be the best one yet! And could the new name be a sign that Disney is trying to tell us something?
The new MagicBand+ will light up, cause sounds to be activated and even vibrate depending on where you are located in the Parks. This new MagicBand will allow Guests to interact with the Fab50 character statues that can now be found in ALL 4 of the Theme Parks. Check out this video while interacting with Fab50 statues HERE.
Guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios can even join the Bounty Hunters Guild by participating in the whole new experience in Batuu as a Bounty Hunter! One of the most common concerns for many Disney guests revolves around the need to charge this new MagicBand.
Once you purchase your new MagicBand+, you will need to follow a few simple steps to begin unlocking the magic. Many Disney Resort guests who purchased the MagicBand+ at a discounted price did not receive their MagicBand+ before their trip to Walt Disney World. Now that a brand new MagicBand+ design will soon be available.
New MagicBand+ Design
In February, Disney announced that on April 22, 2022, the “Main Street Electrical Parade” would return to Disneyland. With this announcement, both Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and shopDisney offered a great line of Main Street Electrical Parade merchandise.
Now guests can enjoy a new piece of “Disney’s Electrical Light Parade” merchandise. On August 17th, Disney fans can purchase “Disney’s Electrical Light Parade” MagicBand+ on shopDisney at 7:00 am (PT.)
Did you notice that Disney changed the name from Main Street Electrical Parade to Disney’s Electrical Light Parade? Are they trying to tell us something?
The center of this MagicBand+ features the snail from the parade. Can you imagine how cool this snail will look as it lights up as you interact with features throughout the Disney Parks? On one side of the MagicBand+ is the large butterfly resting on a mushroom.
On the opposite side is our favorite pal, Mickey Mouse with the “Disney’s Electrical Light Parade” at the top.
Each character appears to be constructed of “thousands of sparkling lights” just like with each brilliant parade float. Disney has shared that guests will soon be able to use MagicBand+ at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
On August 17th, Disney fans can purchase “Disney’s Electrical Light Parade” MagicBand+ on shopDisney at 7:00 am (PT).
We love this new design and can’t wait to see the many great designs still to come for MagicBand+.
