“Someday we’ll find it, that rainbow connection, the lovers, the dreamers and me” was sung by Kermit the Frog in the first of many films entitled The Muppet Movie. The Muppets have been a part of so many of our childhood memories.
Guests visiting EPCOT of the Festival of the Arts this year experienced a breathtaking light show with this song. Check out this show HERE.
Muppet fans have loved the great entertainment on Disney+ such as the series titled Muppets Now, Muppets Haunted Mansion, and of course Muppet fans both young and the young at heart loved the return of the original Muppet Show.
Now Muppet fans can enjoy a brand new series featuring a few Muppets that are a bit more rare.
The Muppets Mayhem
Muppet fans may remember the musical stylings of Electric Mayhem. This “lively” band served as the house band on the Muppet Show which was led by Dr. Teeth. The three lead singers included: Dr. Teeth, Janice, and Floyd Pepper.
I (Donna) can still remember this groovy band rolling in their brightly colored bus. You always knew that the show was going to get even better once they started playing. Now the Electric Mayhem will have their own show on Disney+.
Today Janice, from Electric Mayhem, shared on Twitter, “Can you picture THIS? Get ready for #TheMuppetsMayhem, an all-new original series that am, is, and shall henceforth be starring we- Dr. Teeth and The Electric Mayhem!”
At this time a release date has not been shared, but we are excited for this new series.
