Low Wait Times

As the summer draws to a close, Walt Disney World is seeing lower crowds. This may be in part to children returning to school and many Guests choosing to postpone visiting until the 50th anniversary.

Boarding Groups ALL Day
All Guests who have have valid Park Reservation for Disney’s Hollywood Studios may try for a Boarding Group at 7:00am and then again at 1:00pm. Typically these Boarding Groups are filled within seconds.
Earlier this week, Boarding Groups were available all day. This was absolutely unprecedented. This was in large part due to low wait times seen throughout the Park.
It Happened Again
This could have been seen as anomaly, but it happened again! Yesterday, Friday, August 20th, Boarding Groups were available ALL DAY! Let’s let that sink in for a second…on a Friday Boarding Groups were available all day.
Rise of the Resistance had a banner day and welcomed close to 200 Boarding Groups. This allowed many Guests to join a Boarding Group and enjoy this attraction up until Park closing.
This is great news for those Guests who are currently visiting Walt Disney World, in particular those Guests who enjoy Park Hopping. In the past, those Guests who started their day in another Park would be unable to obtain a Boarding Group.
Yesterday, Friday, August 20th, Boarding Groups were available ALL DAY! This is great news for those Guests who are currently visiting Walt Disney World in particular those Guests who enjoy Park Hopping.
Now that Boarding Groups are available throughout the day, this may allow Guests who hop from other Disney Parks to still enjoy the Rise of the Resistance.
