Cooking up the Magic of Disney

Have you been missing some of your favorite Disney dishes? We have loved all of the great recipes that the Disney Parks have shared recently.

Our family was excited to learn how to make Tonga Toast, Dole Whip, and Churros.

We also learned how to make the “Grey Stuff” and it truly was delicious.

Disney’s Chef Kevin will be featured in this video to demonstrate how to make 2 popular EPCOT dishes.

The first dish that we will learn to prepare is the Canadian Cheddar Cheese soup.

In order to prepare, you can download the ingredient list HERE.

With 1 pound white cheddar cheese and tabasco sauce included in the ingredient list, I can’t wait to learn how to make this delicious soup.

For the main course, Chef Kevin will teach us to prepare Filet of Beef with Roasted Mushrooms and Beurre Blanc.

You can download the ingredient list for this delectable dish HERE.

Both the Canadian Cheddar Cheese soup and the Filet of Beef with Roasted Mushrooms and Beurre Blanc are served at Le Cellier restaurant in EPCOT.

These dishes are also featured in this year’s Taste of EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival.
