Updates made to accommodate Hollywood Studios closings and relocations

• Update Master Character List on KennythePirate (I also made the locations easier to understand)
• Remove Animation Academy and Drawn to Animation on KennythePirate Attractions and Character Locator Rides pages.
• Update Hollywood Studios Map with Character Locations included
• Update Hollywood Studios Touring Plans on Character Locator
