Guests were shocked yesterday when a person was seen swimming in the Rivers of America at Disneyland. See the video.
Poor Behavior At Disney
Over the last few years, we have seen our fair share of poorly behaved Guests. Whether that be someone dressing up as Mickey Mouse, brawls breaking out, or a man assaulting Mirabel for a photo and an autograph, we feel like we have seen it all.
Disney even went so far as to post a courtesy reminder on the website.
Be the magic you want to see in the world. You must always remember to treat others with respect, kindness and compassion. Those who can't live up to this simple wish may be asked to leave Walt Disney World Resort.
Rivers of America at Disneyland
The Rivers of America is located in Frontierland at Disneyland Park. Here Guests can ride the Mark Twain Riverboat, Sailing Ship Columbia, and Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes.
Rivers of America is located in Frontierland at Disneyland Park. Disney World's version closed in July of 2025.
Disneyland's Fantasmic! is also performed on the Rivers of America, which includes some of our favorite Disney Characters, pyrotechnics, and water projections.
Person Jumps Into Rivers Of America
Yesterday, @pixidustarchive shared on a video on TikTok stating that a "Cast Member jumps into late at Disneyland." See the video below:

Entering the Rivers of America is prohibited.
The caption of the video shares that the Cast Member "threw his keys and walkie right before he hopped in." It is unknown what caused the person to enter the water, but we are hopeful that he is doing okay.
