Disney Cool KIDS' SUMMER
As parents, we work hard to plan a magical Disney vacation and want to capture all of the memories, but children may complain about taking too many pictures. Now Walt Disney World has a great new program to have your kids both young and the young at heart, racing to the next Disney PhotoPass spot.
After several years of us wondering if Walt Disney World listens to guest feedback, they are making so many positive changes that guests have wanted for so long. Many of these changes are part of "Cool KIDS' SUMMER" and also by offering more entertainment in air-conditioned spaces.
The addition of this fun photo hunt for guests is another great offering for "Cool KIDS' SUMMER".

Disney created a fun guide featuring the "Cool Kid Magic Shots". See how many of these new photo collages from Disney PhotoPass you can collect.
There are 2 photo spots listed at each Walt Disney World Park.
Magic Kingdom
- Tomorrowland (near the entrance to TRON LIghtycycle/ Run)
- Main Street, USA (Center of Town Square)
Disney's Hollywood Studios
- Hollywood Boulevard (front of Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway)
- Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge (by the X Wing)
EPCOT
- Mexico
- Spaceship Earth (near the popcrt cart and Creations)
Disney's animal kingdom
- Asia (bridge near Discovery Island)
- Africa (near Yak & Yeti)
After earning each collage, you can share your completed challenge on Instagram and tag @DisneyPhotoPass.
How to get started
While this experience is free, there is a cost to download these photos. Disney has cracked down on even taking screenshots of these watermarked photos. Check out this change HERE.
Collect the Disney Summer Photo Challenge at each Walt Disney World Theme Park.
You can purchase these photos individually, or you can purchase the Memory Maker to have access to all of your photos. This may be purchased 3 days or more ahead of your vacation for $185 or $210 after that. There is also the option to purchase a single day for $85.
