Disney World Is Bringing Back 24-Hour Party Magic In a Unique Way

Walt Disney World just brought back some of the magic from the 24-Hour "Coolest Summer Ever" event in 2015. Don't miss the current schedule to enjoy all of the magic.

Back in 2015, Guests enjoyed the "Coolest Summer Ever" with a 24-hour special event. The event was hosted by Olaf from Frozen and allowed Guests to enjoy Magic Kingdom from 6:00 am on May 22, 2015, until 6:00 am the following morning.

Walt Disney World offered a similar 24-hour event back on February 29, 2012, and on May 23, 2014. You can see how Kenny the Pirate completed 100 attractions in a single day during this event in 2014 HERE.

Unfortunately, Walt Disney World has not brought back the full 24-hour event, but they have brought back many of the characters from this event during Mickey and Pals Pajama Parties at select resorts.

This summer, extra magic is coming to select hotels in the Walt Disney World Resort Collection. Perks will be available at Disney's Pop Century Resort, Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside.

These resorts will offer amenities for even the youngest Mouseketeers. In addition, on select nights, guests can join Mickey Mouse and his pals for a special Pajama Party.

Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and the gang greet Guests in their pajamas that they wore during the 24-hour events back in 2012, 2014, and 2015.

Guests can enjoy story time and the "create your own bedtime story" activity,where the magic of a good book comes to life with the arrival of a favorite Disney Character. This is a great way for young guests to wind down after a magical day in the Parks.

On select nights, guests can join Mickey Mouse and his pals for a special Pajama Party at select resorts.

The current Pajama Party schedule is as follows from 7:30 pm until 8:30 pm (times are subject to change):

Disney's Caribbean Beach: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Disney's Art of Animation: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Disney's Port Orleans Riverside: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Disney's Pop Century: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

While we still miss the 24-Hour Park Day event, it is magical to meet characters in these rare costumes from that event.
