New Watch Issued for Disney World Guests
Guests hoping to soak in the Disney magic are now issued a warning that may affect their plans. Find out what this may mean for guests visiting and for your future trip to Walt Disney World.

There are many things to consider when planning your trip to Walt Disney World. From rainstorms to hurricane planning, Florida weather can put a few wrinkles even in the best-laid travel plans.
With a park located in Central Florida, Walt Disney World tries to update guests on weather advisories as quickly as possible.
Florida has been hit pretty hard this year with record low temperatures in January, a wind advisory, and even major disruptions at the Orlando International Airport.
Fire Weather Watch

The good news is that Guests visiting Walt Disney World this week can enjoy a cold front briniging cooler wind and less humidity. The bad news is that this new weather front of dry and breezy weather has resulted in a fire watch.
The National Weather Service has now issued a "Fire Weather Watch" for all of Walt Disney World Resort for tomorrow, April 21st, from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
Guests can expect windy north to northeast winds with potential wind gusts 25-30 mph.
Possible Burn Ban

A burn ban has not yet been issued for Walt Disney World. However, Guests should use extreme caution. This could significantly affect guests at Fort Wilderness with both campfires and grilling.
New "Fire Weather Watch" affects all of the Walt Disney World Resort for tomorrow, April 21st.
If a burn ban is issued, this could also affect nighttime campfire activities at your Walt Disney World Resort and potentially nighttime entertainment in the Parks. We will add an update if a burn ban is issued.
