Disney trains Cast Members in the "5 Keys" which help to provide the highest quality of hospitality to all guests.
These include Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency. Safety is listed first and is vitally important to provide safety for all guests and fellow Cast Members.
This training extends to Disney Parks, Disney Resorts, and the entire fleet of Disney Cruise Line ships. While the Walt Disney Company cannot prevent emergency situations, they work diligently to provide safety to all Guests and Cast Members.
Disney Cruise Lockdown
ABC 10 News shared that yesterday, March 30, 2026, Harbor Police Sgt. Jose Tores received news of a bomb threat around 7:00 am.
Due to this "unspecified bomb threat," the entire B Street Cruise Terminal was locked down "out of an abundance of caution". This prevented several cruise ships, along with the Disney Wonder, from disembarking.
After two hours, the police finally cleared the area, and passengers were finally able to disembark.

Thankfully, all guests and police were safe in the midst of this bomb threat. Unfortunately, this was not the magical end that many guests hoped for after sailing the High Seas with Mickey Mouse and his pals.
Guests were held aboard the Disney Wonder for two hours while the entire B Street Cruise Terminal was locked down.
