Finally, Disney World Extends Park Hours

Our Kenny the Pirate writing team updates you with the latest news on Disney's theme parks. The park hours initially provided by Disney can help you prepare for your visit, but they often change as the dates get closer.
And if you're staying at a Disney Resort, take advantage of the extra 30 minutes each morning to enter the parks with the early entry benefit. Take a look at previously extended hours announced HERE.
As the season shifts from fall to all things Christmas, there are several operational changes that will affect the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.
Magic Kingdom Park Hours
Magic Kingdom guests will enjoy extra time in the Park later this month. For December 28, 29, 30, 31, and January 1, 2, 3, the Magic Kingdom will open at 8:00 am for all Guests and 7:30 am (Early Entry Disney Resort guests).
Previously, Magic Kingdom opened at 9:00 am for all guests. Guests can also enjoy later nighttime hours this month.
Check out these extended hours for all Magic Kingdom Guests:
- December 28th open until 11:00 pm (previously 10:00 pm)
- December 29th open until 11:00 pm (previously 10:00 pm)
- December 30th open until 12:00 am
- December 31st open until 1:00 am (previously 12:00 pm)
- January 1st-January 3rd open until 11:00 pm (previously 10:00 pm)

Best Time to Visit Disney World
Disney's Hollywood Studios will open earlier on December 28, 29, 30, and January 1, 2, 3 at 8:30 for all guests and 8:30 am and 8:00 am for Early Entry. Opening Park hours remain unchanged on December 31st at 9:00 am (Early Entry at 8:30 am).
EPCOT and Magic Kingdom will stay open until 1:00 am this month.
Disney's Hollywood Studios will stay open until 12:00 am on December 31, 2025. We are so excited that fireworks are returning this year.
Disney's Animal Kingdom guests can enjoy extended park hours on December 30 and 31 at 7:00 pm. On January 1, 2, and 3, the park will stay open until 8:00 pm.
EPCOT will stay open until 1:00 am on December 31, 2025.
As a reminder, Disney's Animal Kingdom will host Extended Evening Hours on January 1st from 8:00 pm until 10:00 pm.
