There are many things to consider when planning your trip to Walt Disney World. From rainstorms to hurricane planning, Florida weather can put a few wrinkles even in the best-laid travel plans.
With a park located in Central Florida, Walt Disney World tries to update guests on weather advisories as quickly as possible.
Florida has been hit pretty hard this year with record low temperatures in January, a fog advisory, and record high temperatures this summer.
Cold Front

Today, Orlando is in the mid 70's however, the temperatures will drop throughout the day and continue to drop for tomorrow. Friday, it is expected to be cooler and breezy, with a low of 45 degrees.
A cold front is moving in, making the expected high for Friday, November 28th 63 degrees. This is 15 degrees below normal.
The wind chill could make it feel even colder. Be prepared for this cool down with layers, hats, and gloves.
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon

Typhoon Lagoon has removed its operating hours for tomorrow, Friday, November 28, 2025.
Typhoon Lagoon will be closed tomorrow, Friday, November 28th.
The water park is expected to reopen with normal operating hours (10am to 5 pm) on Saturday, November 29th. Earlier this month, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Universal's Volcano Bay closed due to cold weather.
At this time, Universal's Volcano Bay is set to open tomorrow, with operating hours from 10 am to 5 pm (Early Park Admission at 9:30 am).
