A New Bar at Disney World
Walt Disney World just opened a brand new bar in the Magic Kingdom. It wasn't long ago that the Pirates of the Caribbean-themed bar Beak and Barrel began taking reservations and receiving guests.
But now, Disney World is opening another themed bar! This one is only steps away from the Magic Kingdom.
Soon, you will be able to enjoy the Perch! This Victorian-themed bar will offer delights for travelers looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the parks.
Perch Details
The Perch is in Disney's iconic Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. It will be located in the newly refurbished lobby! You can see the work in progress right HERE.
This all-new lobby bar celebrates the resort's Victorian roots through intricate woodwork, elegant herringbone tile, and custom stained glass that shimmers with subtle hues. And the Perch reflects the theming with its birdcage-style design.
Wondering what to order? Sip and savor from a light menu featuring champagne, wine, beer, and two signature cocktails: the Sunshine State Rum Sazerac and the Floridian 75. For a refreshing non-alcoholic option, the Blueberry and Basil Iced Tea is a delightful blend of lemon, blueberry, and basil tea.
When and How to Go
You will not need a reservation to enjoy a visit to The Perch at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. It opens on November 10, 2025, and walk-up service is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
