Another Death Reported At Disney World
It is with great sadness that we share that another death has been reported at Disney World. We continue to keep the families, emergency responders, and Cast Members in our thoughts and prayers.
Walt Disney World Tragedies
While Disney works hard to create a magical environment for guests, things still happen outside of its control. The month of October was a difficult one for Disney Parks.
Our hearts remain with all of those impacted by these sad events.
Five deaths were reported across the Disney World property in October.
October Deaths at Walt Disney World
On October 6, 2025, a fatal crash closed roadways towards EPCOT; October 14, 2025 a guest passed away at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
A total of five deaths were reported at Disney World during the month of October.
On October 21, 2025 a Fort Wilderness guest passed away and on October 23, 2025 another Guest at Bay Lake Tower.
Death Reported at Pop Century
On November 2nd at 2:37 AM, a call for a "person down" was reported at Pop Century Resort. Pop Century Resort is a Value Resort located in the Wide World of Sports Resort area.
Sadly, about an hour later the initial report of a "person down", the call was updated to "Dead Person." You can see the details from @WDWActiveCrime post below:
Sadly, a female guest has passed away at Disney's Pop Century Resort.
At this time, Disney has not released a statement nor has any information surrounding the death been released.
