Watch Out For This Disney Starlight Parade Change

Disney's newest nighttime parade, Disney Starlight, is quickly becoming a fan-favorite, but new changes may affect your next trip to Walt Disney World.

"Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away" parade debuted on July 20th at Magic Kingdom. Due to the overwhelming popularity of this parade, Disney even made changes to Park Reservations.

Disney Starlight is the all-new nighttime parade coming to the Magic Kingdom. Dream-like floats and thousands of lights will glitter along as the songs that ignite your emotions fill the night.

As we hoped, there will be 2 showtimes nightly for this parade, as we head into the fall months we see a few changes.

Disney Starlight Showtime Changes

Since Disney Starlight first debuted at the Magic Kingdom, it was offered at both 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm. Be sure to check out our best tips to view this parade HERE.

This of course also changed the showtimesfor Happily Ever After. Previously, Disney updated Disney Starlight operational hours through October showing both 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm showtimes each night.

A few weeks ago, Disney removed all showtimes after September 6, 2025, and changed showtimes to 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm. Now Disney is changing Disney Starlight showtimes once again. Starting Monday, September 15, 2025, showtimes will change to 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Happily Ever After Changes

With this shift for Disney Starlight to an 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm schedule, this will also affect the Happily Ever After fireworks show. Beginning Monday, September 15, 2025, Happily Ever After will be offered at 9:00 pm.

Currently, showtimes are listed through Monday, September 22, 2025. Fingers crossed that two showtimes will continue to be offered for the Disney Starlight parade.
