As parents, we work hard to plan a magical Disney vacation and want to capture all of the memories, but children may complain about taking too many pictures. Now Walt Disney World has a great new program to have your kids both young and the young at heart, racing to the next Disney PhotoPass spot.
After several years of us wondering if Walt Disney World listens to guest feedback, they are making so many positive changes that guests have wanted for so long. Many of these changes are part of "Cool Kid Summer," and also by offering more entertainment in air-conditioned spaces.
The addition of this fun photo hunt for guests is another great offering for "Cool Kid Summer".
Disney PhotoPass Hunt
Disney created a fun guide featuring the "Cool Kid Magic Shots". Guests of all ages are invited to "Snap unforgettable Magic Shots with Disney Photopass Serivce at over 100 spots at Walt Disney World Resort."
The first page of this new guide features the Top 7 favorite PhotoPass Magic Shots in each park. Magic Shots are when Disney PhotoPass photographers add fun Disney magic to your photos.
The following pages are maps for each park to help guests easily see where each MagicShot is located.
How to get started
You can grab your guide at a PhotoPass sales center in each Walt Disney World Park or ask your Disney PhotoPass photographer, "Where the magic begins". While this experience is free, there is a cost to download these photos. Disney has cracked down on even taking screenshots of these watermarked photos. Check out this change HERE.
The top 7 MagicShots for each Park are featured in this new PhotoPass guide
You can purchase these photos individually, or you can purchase the Memory Maker to have access to all of your photos. This may be purchased 3 days or more ahead of your vacation for $185 or $210 after that. There is also the option to purchase a single day for $75.
