Gideon's May Limited Edition Cookies

Each month Gideon's Bakehouse adds a special limited edition cookie and cake slice to the regular menu. The May treat for Gideon's Bakehouse is a popular crowd pleaser.

The Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chip cookie is finally back! This decadent treat is a vanilla bean cookie filled and topped with freshly ground decaf beans from Lineage Coffee Roasting, accompanied by chunks of Toffee and Chocolate, and finished with a sprinkling of sea salt.

And, there is a matching cake slice, too. Sometimes the cake is even better than the cookies!
