New Popcorn Buckets Have Arrived in Disney World

Refillable Popcorn Buckets

Fresh hot popcorn is one of the most recognizable scents in all of Walt Disney World. You will probably smell it in all its buttery goodness as you make your way along Main Street or wander EPCOT’s neighborhoods.

One way fun way people save a little bit of money on snacks when they visit Walt Disney World is to purchase a refillable popcorn bucket. After the initial purchase, refills are just $2.25 for the length of your stay. If you or anyone in your travel party loves popcorn, that can add up over the course of your vacation.

Plus, refillable popcorn buckets can be really fun! They come in all shapes and sizes and make the delicious snack that much more magical. Some people even like to use theirs when they make popcorn at home.

Some of the recent releases include Valentino from Disney’s adorable new film Wish and the Mickey popcorn bucket we saw during the holidays. And, now it seems there is room for one more!

New Popcorn Refillable Buckets

Now, a new refillable popcorn bucket design is available. Previously, the standard buckets featured the Disney100 design. But as the celebration draws to a close, those buckets have been replaced with a different standard design.

By now, you should be able to find the new standard design in all four parks. It features images of popular Disney characters like Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck in the Disney Parks! Details like Pluto posing as the dog from Pirates of the Caribbean make it a charming little bucket!

These standard refillable popcorn buckets currently cost $13 each.

Some guests wonder: if I buy a refillable popcorn bucket, can I use it again on my next Walt Disney World trip? The answer is: probably. While officially, the buckets are good for the length of your stay, we have never had trouble getting a popcorn bucket refilled. Your mileage may vary, but it never hurts to ask.
