Dates to Avoid Disney's Hollywood Studios this Fall

You may want to plan ahead before you visit Disney's Hollywood Studios. The Park will close early on several dates this fall.

We follow along with Walt Disney World park hours on a regular basis. Most of the time, they stay pretty standard, with a few exceptions based on higher crowd levels.

Guests staying at Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts can experience the parks at night after everyone else has left. This is one of the many great benefits of staying at these high-tier resorts.

After Hours is a special ticketed event that allows Guests can experience shorter wait times for attractions and enjoy complimentary snacks. There are two final After Hours Dates for 2026: September 2nd and September 12.

Private Event

Since these are Walt Disney World special events, they are listed on the Walt Disney World website. However, there are also private special events that pop-up occasionally.

Looking ahead at January dates, we noticed a private event on October 20, 2026, at Disney's Hollywood Studios. This is not listed as an Extended Evening Hour date or an After Hours Event.

Disney's Hollywood Studios closes at 5:00 for all Park Guests. Due to a private event by Gartner IP Symposium/Xpo.

Jollywood Nights

Beginning November 7, 2026 through January 5, 2027, Disney's Hollywood Studios will host Jollywood Nights. November dates are set for select Saturdays and Mondays, with December events on select Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays.

Hollywood Studios closes at 5:00 pm on October 20, 2026 for a private event.

Regular Park Guests must exit the park at 7:00 pm on these nights.
