Wilderness Lodge Evacuation

It has been a rough several weeks for Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Back in June, the majority of Guests were without air conditioning for several days.
Most recently, Guests at Disney's Wilderness Lodge Boulder Ridge Villas reported a water outage on August 8, 2026, around 3:00 pm. You can see how Disney helped care for Guests during this unexpected outage HERE.
Reportedly, this outage is due to a water main break which has now closed the road that connects Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Fort Wilderness.
Disney Bus Changes

Previously, Fort Wilderness Guests enjoyed free bus transportation to Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Magic Kingdom at the Settlement Bus Depot. However, due to this water main break this has now changed.
Fort Wilderness Guests are now directed to the Outpost Bus Stop for bus transportation to Magic Kingdom and Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
Now Guests are being directed to the Outpost Bus Stop to enjoy bus transportation to Disney's Wilderness Lodge and Magic Kingdom.
