While Disney has remained pretty quiet, they have been dropping hints that something big is happening around the world on October 16, 2023.

From humble beginnings as a cartoon studio in the 1920s to its name in the entertainment industry today, The Walt Disney Company proudly continues its legacy of creating world-class stories and experiences for every member of the family. Walt Disney and his brother Roy created The Walt Disney Company on October 16, 1923.
Disney 100 Years of Wonder is the largest cross-company global celebration in the 100-year history of The Walt Disney Company. Disney Parks around the world will celebrate the 100th anniversary, with the heart of the celebration at Disneyland Resort.
We are also beginning to see the celebration kick off at Disney World, with more to come later this year.

Did you catch that? A worldwide celebration on October 16! It seems to me that Guests who visit on that day at any Disney theme park in the world will experience one-of-a-kind festivities, exclusive character encounters (I NEED A REAL LIFE WALT DISNEY MEET AND GREET), and other unique activities.
Disney is keeping pretty quiet about what exactly that day will look like, but we should hear more in the coming weeks and months.

My 31 yo son his girlfriend and I will be celebrating his and my birthday at Disneyland on October 16... didn't realize that it was the exact day of the anniversary...SO excited!!!

I was supposed to go to WDW this May but a broken shoulder (2 places)last october, and months of therapy I wanted to be able to enjoy. it. My last visit for my 70th birthday last July, i fell and fractured my wrist and elbow on the 4th day of my trip.
did nothing for the next 6 days.(the first time in 5 years) Pain is gone now from the fractured shoulder and my reservaion is october 15th to october 26. Psyched out that I caught (unkowingly) )the anniversary of the Disney Corporation founding...cant wait
Thank God that DeSantis is finally reeling that out of control Disney World in. They should not be allowed to continue to not have to follow regulations that many other hard working businesses have to follow and comply with. Disney world is ruined. No longer the fun innocent place to take the kids. The woke culture has taken over. Walt is turning over in his grave watching what has happened to his parks. Its a shame. Just like Anheiser Busch Disney will feel it in the pocketbook.
