Hollywood Studios Is Now Blocking Select Guests
Disney's Hollywood Studios is now blocked for several guests. Find out what you need to know before your next Walt Disney World trip.
Disney World Crowd Calendar

You are planning a trip to Walt Disney World! You have your resort room booked and transportation planned, and the next big decision is which parks to visit. One great way to decide which park to visit is the Crowd Calendar available on Character Locator.
Secondly, Park hours are a great way to plan which park you would like to visit each day. Walt Disney World posts standard park hours in advance, often extending these park hours.
Lastly, check the Park Reservation calendar. This is another good step to see how busy the parks may be. If a park is "Sold Out" for Park Reservations, pack your patience if you plan to visit that day.
Hollywood Studios Now Blocked to Guests

Park reservations are still required for guests with non-date-based tickets and Annual Passholders. These reservations are limited, and if a park is unavailable, it is "sold out" for these select guests. This is a pretty good indicator that this Disney Park will be very busy on that date.
Now, May 4, 2026, or as Star Wars fans refer to it, "May the 4th", is showing "Sold Out" for all Annual Passholder tiers.
Disney highly recommends that you make your theme park reservation as soon as you complete your admission purchase, as availability can change until the theme park reservation is finalized.
What if no Park Reservations are available?

The good news is that Park Reservations are currently available for EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Annual Passholders could book a Park Reservation for any of these three parks and then Park Hop to Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Annual Passholder Park Reservations are now blocked for Disney's Hollywood Studios on May the 4th.
This is a solid plan unless Disney's Hollywood Studios hits capacity. If you are a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder hoping to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios on May the 4th, book an alternative Park Reservation quickly.
Do you think Walt Disney World should continue to use Park Reservations or do you think this should change? Share your thoughts with us and share this news with your Disney pals.
