Disney+ Day
In 2021, the first Disney+ Day took place on November 12. To celebrate, Disney released several new titles. Not only that, but subscribers received fun perks in the Disney Parks, at home, and on shopDisney! Check out my (Donna) full review of this great day at Disney’s Hollywood Studios HERE.
Since the first Disney+ Day coincided with the launch of the Disney+ streaming service, we anticipated it following the same schedule in 2022. However, that is not the case at all! September 8, 2022, is the 2022 date leading into D23 Expo: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event!
Early Park Entry
In celebration of Disney+ Day, subscribers with a valid ticket or pass and theme park reservations for the day will enjoy special benefits at Disney theme parks.
Disney+ subscribers and their travel party are invited to enter all theme parks at both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort 60 minutes before the regular park opens!

Free PhotoPass Downloads
Disney+ subscribers will also notice their My Disney Experience or Disneyland apps are loaded up with complimentary Disney PhotoPass digital downloads at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and at the Disneyland Theme Parks on September 8th.

Don festive Mickey ears or invite Groot to make a cameo through these limited-time lenses – available to those celebrating in the parks or at home in the U.S. through Snapchat and the My Disney Experience app.”
Of course, great new content will be available for streaming on Disney+ including the new live-action Pinnochio. There is so much to enjoy for Disney+ Day this year both at home and at the Disney Parks.
