See which attractions will close earlier than already-early park closure.
Epcot Closing Early
Epcot will be closing early soon. According to the Walt Disney World webpage, the closure will occur on June 5, 2022. Not only that, but the early closure will come with closed park areas and cancellations. The statement has multiple layers.
On June 5, 2022, beginning at 6:00 PM, some World Showcase experiences and offerings will be unavailable including attractions, entertainment, dining, and merchandise locations. The remainder of Epcot will close at 8:00 PM.
Additionally, the Harmonious nighttime spectacular will be unavailable.
If you are interested in experiencing World Showcase in its entirety, and you want to see Harmonious, this is a good day for you to avoid reserving a Park Pass for Epcot. It is also not a good day to plan to watch the fireworks from outside of the park.
Select Attractions Closing Even Earlier
As stated above, not only is Epcot closing at 8:00 PM, but some attractions in the World Showcase will close at 6:00 PM. Previously, we were not sure which attractions were affected, but after looking at the updated pages on the Disney World website we now have a better idea.
Gran Fiesta Tour, Reflections of China, Frozen Ever After, and Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along will all close at 6:00 PM tomorrow, June 5.
We are unsure if any shopping or dining options will close early as well, but this is definitely something to keep an eye on if you plan to visit Epcot tomorrow. At this time, this is all we are seeing for closures. However, keep an eye on park signage and the MDE app for notifications.
Thankfully attractions in World Celebration, World Discovery, and World Nature are NOT affected by the 6:00 PM closures. However, they will close when the entire park closes at 8:00 PM.
