The Disney Parks are truly more than simply a Theme Park due to the amazing Cast Members. They are the magic that make a visit to a Disney Park so special. There are 3 great ways to compliment a Cast Member. First, you can complete a compliment card at Guest Relations in the park.
Secondly, you can give them a shoutout on Twitter to @WDWGuestService and use the hashtag #castcompliment. Finally, Disney has now made it even easier to share a compliment to a Cast Member. Check out how you can now use this new feature found on My Disney Experience app HERE.
Disney Going to the Dogs
Have you ever seen the adorable dogs that work in the security lines at the Disney Parks? Security dogs play a vital role at both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. These dogs go through training and daily work to keep the Parks safe for all Guests.
Now we can get to know two of these hard working pups as they unwind after work. Security Canine Handlers Michelle and Jen share a little about the dogs they work with and their favorite parts of the job. Michelle shares that her canine, Jordan, is five years old. When not serving, Jordan’s favorite thing to do is to roll around on scratch his back.
Jen shares that her favorite park to visit is Disney’s Animal Kingdom. As families enter the park they wave to Chore and shout out “First animal of the day.”
These canine Cast Members are less threatening to many Disney Guests as they help to “protect the magic” as the Cast Members share. Simply the cutest part of the video below is the cute cast id cards for Jordan Disney and Chore Disney.

We are so thankful for all that the Disney Cast Members do and the safety that the Security officers, both human and furry, provide. Although we can’t love on these pups while they are at work, be sure to wave to Chore Disney and Jordan Disney if you see them in the Parks.
